An attractive online shop was developed for the high-quality natural cosmetics from Lake Constance using the open-source CMS Umbraco. Due to restrictions imposed by payment gateway providers on the sale of CBD-containing products, it was necessary to integrate a custom gateway for this project. With the Trusted Shops integration, customers have the option to review the products and service after their purchase.
Open-Source CMS
The online portal for Bodensee Aloe was built using the open-source CMS Umbraco, allowing for easy content management.
E-commerce Solution
The integrated e-commerce solution offers numerous features such as discount codes, stock management, automatic invoice dispatch, and more. The user-friendly shop dashboard provides an overview of all sales and key data.
Custom Payment Gateway
Many standard gateways are already integrated into e-commerce solutions. However, common gateways do not support the sale of CBD-containing products. Therefore, for this project, we implemented a gateway tailored specifically to meet this unique requirement.
Trusted Shops Integration
With the integration of Trusted Shops at checkout, customers are automatically prompted to rate the shop after making a purchase.
